Job Summary
Monitor production workflows, program machinery, and document downtime and production data. Manage personnel planning with seamless shift handovers, onboard new staff, and ensure proper use of raw and auxiliary materials. Exercise technical and disciplinary responsibility for the assigned shift team while reporting to production leadership. Requires a recognized food industry qualification, leadership experience, and willingness to work in a three-shift system. Required Qualifications
- Abschluss einer anerkannten Ausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- mindestens gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht-System
