Job Summary
Lead the shift team and onboard new employees according to the training plan and mentorship system. Initiate decisions and corrective actions for operational deviations, ensuring adherence to quality criteria through regular staff instruction. Coordinate with Quality Management and Logistics to prevent customer complaints and oversee scheduled tool changes with Maintenance. Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Requires Meister or Technician qualification, several years of shift leadership experience, and shift readiness. Located in Schwarzheide, Germany, with an annual salary according to the industry collective agreement.
