Job Summary
Plan and organize staff for shift operations while independently operating and overseeing production facilities. Resolve disruptions and manage maintenance activities, including planning, monitoring, and execution. Analyze rejected parts and initiate improvement measures, while ensuring adherence to 5S cleanliness standards and safety regulations. Monitor production system documentation and implement continuous improvement (KVP) activities. Train new colleagues and conduct employee interviews. Requires a commercial-technical vocational training, over three years of production experience with personnel leadership, and reliable attendance across three shifts and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerbliche-technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre) in der Produktion (Automotive)
- Belastbarer Teamplayer mit ausgeprägtem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Selbstständige Organisation und Koordination im Bereich der Produktion sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Qualitätsverständnis und Einsatzbereitschaft zur 3-Schicht sowie Wochenendarbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Einsatzbereitschaft zur 3-Schicht
- Einsatzbereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit
Desired Qualifications
- Mehjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre) in der Produktion (Automotive), idealerweise mit Personalführung (fachlich & disziplinarisch)
