Lead the shift team, manage daily personnel and resource planning, and optimize operational workflows to ensure disturbance-free shift execution. Monitor corridor and conveyor equipment for safety compliance, maintain order and cleanliness in the assigned area, and handle incident resolution through coordination with relevant departments. Ensure strict adherence to both internal processes and customer requirements while maintaining shift logs. Requires full-time availability in rotating shifts with German language proficiency and relevant logistics experience.
