Schematic Designer - MF & Associates

Conduct preliminary field surveys, document findings, and prepare comprehensive packages including original drawings, site photos, and as-built drawings. Develop preliminary design drawings by interpreting sketches, creating renders/CGIs, and producing plans, elevations, and sections with detailed lighting, ceiling, and material specifications. Coordinate with suppliers, transfer design information to the Technical Department, and conduct site visits to ensure accurate design implementation. Address contractors' queries, apply value engineering to balance budget constraints, and prepare material boards, design presentations, and FF&E selections for review. Maintain in-depth knowledge of materials, research local and international markets, and adhere to company design standards. Bachelor's Degree required with proficiency in AutoCAD and graphic design programs.
