Job Summary

Coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses while managing CourseLeaf CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, and Student Planning systems. Assist faculty, staff, and students in the Warrior OneStop by processing add/drop requests, dual credit registrations, and teacher in-service applications. Produce and edit class schedules, run quality control metrics, and coordinate software updates. Support recruitment and retention efforts through direct and indirect activities. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Applications due by August 8, 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and comfortable working with databases
  • Experience working in an office
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to navigate various databases

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Experience working in a higher education institution
  • Experience with Student Information System
  • Experience with CourseLeaf CLSS/CAT/CIM
  • Experience with Series 25Live software
