Job Summary
Scheduling & Staffing Specialist coordinates caregiver assignments and reservations via the Bright Horizons portal, communicates with caregivers to confirm and reallocate shifts, manages call-outs and open orders, oversees scheduling data in the BH portal and MyJovie, coordinates cancellations and last-minute changes, audits scheduling records for accuracy, and responds to emails across BH, families, and internal staff. The role emphasizes real-time scheduling, caregiver coordination, administrative and digital-ops support, and potential involvement in outreach, recruitment processes, and process-improvement initiatives. Remote work is supported from Eastwood Quezon City, with a primary focus on night-shift scheduling (7:00pm–4:00am, Monday–Friday).
Required Qualifications
- Scheduling experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or client services preferred
- Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and email tools
- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with attention to detail and timelines
- Calm under pressure with ability to manage time-sensitive scheduling demands
- Proactive and resourceful with initiative
- Team-oriented with growth mindset
- Childcare experience (optional) a plus
