Scheduling Specialist

Answer all incoming calls providing exceptional customer service and schedule patients across all clinics within the health center using practice management tools to meet appointment needs accurately and timely. Perform outreach scheduling calls to ensure patients follow up on chronic conditions, preventative services, and connect with their assigned primary care provider. Assist patients in preparing for telehealth appointments by assessing their ability to connect, educating them on the connection process, and facilitating test visits. Actively participate in special department activities. Requires a high school diploma, experience with practice management systems, and one year of medical setting experience preferred.
