Scheduling Specialist

Answer all incoming calls to provide exceptional customer service and schedule patients across all clinics using practice management tools to meet appointment needs accurately and timely. Perform outreach scheduling calls to ensure patients follow up on chronic conditions, preventative services, and connect with their assigned primary care providers. Assist patients in preparing for telehealth appointments by assessing their ability to connect with MEND, educating them on the connection process, and facilitating test visits prior to scheduled appointments. Participate actively in special department activities. Requires high school diploma, experience with practice management systems, and one year in a medical setting.
