Job Summary
Manage coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues while maintaining effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring metrics. Provide superior customer service and quality home care by building lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations. Proactively grow your caseload and partner with Clinical Managers to offer supervision and support to field employees. Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor degree is strongly preferred
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience a plus
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working with a diverse group of people
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing priorities and business needs
