Job Summary
Create and update CMP schedules for all project phases from conceptualization to closeout, developing proposal-level schedules and managing CPM timelines for means, methods, manpower, equipment, and materials. Conduct peer reviews of project schedules, facilitate review meetings at proposal, baseline, and update stages, and troubleshoot revisions throughout the project lifecycle. Customize reports and modifications within the Primavera application to adhere to company policies, assist with claims analysis, and supervise staff by establishing performance feedback and conducting on-the-job training.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent facilitation and leadership skills with proven ability to successfully facilitate cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships throughout all levels of an organization
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills capable of clearly communicating business objectives to a technical and non-technical audience
- Minimum 5 years continuous experience with SureTrak, P3, P5, or P6 applications
- Minimum of 10 years of construction jobsite experience (construction scheduling and sequencing)
- Must be capable of working with minimal supervision, handling multiple projects or assignments and diffusing confrontational situations and keeping groups focused and on task
- Positive attitude, flexible problem solver with excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in use of current Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office 2007 suite, and Microsoft Visio
- Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
- Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
- Will lift, push or pull objects pounds on an occasional basis
- Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day
- Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
