Job Summary
Lead the planning and management of complex, multi-project programme schedules for capital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery. Oversee the preparation of executive-level progress reports, analyzing schedule variances to identify critical path issues, risks, and bottlenecks while recommending corrective actions. Establish governance and quality assurance processes for schedule development, monitoring performance across the portfolio, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Provide leadership to embedded scheduling teams, fostering professional development and maintaining consistency in scheduling standards and methodologies. Monitor and coordinate inputs from multiple project teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to maintain programme-wide alignment and support informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years' professional experience in project planning, scheduling, and programme controls
- At least 3 years supporting major aviation, transportation, or large-scale infrastructure programmes
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing schedules for complex, high-value capital projects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure delivery lifecycle requirements
- Proven ability to consolidate, integrate, and manage multiple schedule inputs, performance metrics, and project data streams within an enterprise scheduling environment
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project environments, either in a consultancy, client-side, or contractor organisation
- Strong understanding of stakeholder expectations and project governance frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience collaborating with diverse project teams and external stakeholders to drive schedule alignment, performance improvement, and successful project outcomes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- This role is based on-site three days per week, with the flexibility to work from home two days per week
