Job Summary
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a traveling Scheduling Engineer with at least 5 years of construction project planning and scheduling experience. Responsibilities include assisting regional teams with scheduling practices, collaborating with project teams during proposal stages, facilitating preconstruction planning sessions, and working with Data Analytics to track schedule health. The role requires strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work cooperatively across teams. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field will stand out.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience with planning and scheduling of construction projects
- Excellent oral and communication skills in individual and group settings
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling and planning systems
- Fluency with MS Project
- Familiarity with Primavera (P6) or 4D scheduling software
- Understanding of field operations and building construction techniques
