Job Summary
Ensure all shifts are covered using staffing software, rotating after-hours phone management to guarantee proper staffing. Assist in identifying and hiring quality caregivers, matching client needs with compatible skills and attributes. Participate in caregiver and client introductions, conduct service quality checks, and manage incoming calls from prospective and current clients. Establish strong rapport with caregivers, clients, and office staff while maintaining a safe home care environment. This role supports the growth and management of the Cheshire office within a premier non-medical home care agency in Connecticut.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a registered and insured vehicle
- One year of scheduling experience minimum
- High school diploma
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to put our clients care, safety and well-being first
- A self-starter who is willing to learn, initiate and take responsibility for the day-to-day client experience
