Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator greets patients, answers phones, schedules appointments, collects patient financial responsibility, and prepares patient charts. Provides concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members, maintains reception area, ensures HIPAA confidentiality, and supports provider schedules and patient flow. Requires strong organizational skills, typing and filing, and professional, friendly presence; prior oral surgery experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Understanding of dental terminology
