Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator for Senior Living facilities responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for Care Partners and Nursing teams across Assisted Living and Memory Care; serve as a key support to Health Services leadership; assist with resident move-in paperwork, regulatory records, and reporting; support long-term care insurance claims and resident-related administrative processes; maintain supplies and assist with administrative projects; ensure staffing needs are met to deliver exceptional resident care; requires CNA and/or L1MA credential, strong scheduling/administrative skills, EHR experience (PointClickCare preferred), and excellent communication and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA and/or L1MA Credential
- Strong scheduling, administrative, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with electronic health records; PointClickCare experience preferred
