Retrieves and maintains builder schedules from trade portals, emails, and phone calls for residential installations. Calculates material requirements based on selections, elevations, and colors, then orders materials through appropriate software while tracking inventory. Serves as a liaison between crews and builders regarding daily installs, collates project documents, and works directly with field supervisors. Collaborates with the warehouse manager to ensure the lowest price and best quality products are purchased. Tracks and records job-specific information for communities or builders. Performs administrative tasks including communicating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and managing customer service. Requires 12+ months of data entry experience and ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds.
