Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary
Greet patients and visitors immediately upon arrival, answer the phone promptly, and provide concierge-level customer service via phone, in person, or electronic communication. Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and room usage while preparing daily schedules for each provider and patient charts. Manage patient flow to reduce wait times, assist patients as necessary, and maintain a neat reception area. Maintain professional relationships with referring offices and ensure all information remains confidential per HIPAA. Perform other related duties as assigned. This full-time, in-office role in Portsmouth, NH, supports an elite oral surgery practice committed to exceptional care and first-class service for patients and referring doctors.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service experience
- Understanding of dental terminology
- Friendly, inviting, and professional personality and presence
- Basic office skills such as typing and filing
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
