Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator needed to greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, collect patient financial responsibility, and prepare patient charts for an oral surgery practice. The role provides concierge-level customer service to patients, referring offices, and team members; maintains a neat reception area; manages patient flow to minimize wait times; and ensures confidentiality under HIPAA. Requires understanding of dental terminology and strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Prior scheduling or office coordination experience is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
