Job Summary
Create the campus' four-week Master set schedule and post it according to Campus Hourly Scheduling policy. Make staffing adjustments for budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, calls-offs, and pre-planned leave. Manage employee PTO requests, holiday rotations, and shift trades while generating BIPA postings, daily assignment sheets, and monthly schedules. Monitor nursing hours and staff ratios to census, manage Time and Attendance including buy-backs and incentives, and utilize Smartlinx for open shifts and messaging. Meet new employees to review schedules and ensure smooth onboarding. Provide direct patient care as needed based on scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- current valid state CNA, QMA, LPN or RN credential
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred
- 1-3 Years of relevant experience preferred
