Job Summary
Plan, organize, build, and modify transportation schedules for bus routes and services. Schedule staff for training meetings and provide dispatch support on a relief and as-needed basis. Receive, record, and relay passenger trip information while maintaining accurate client, passenger, and address data. Monitor schedules to make adjustments for changes or challenges and review work for accuracy and quality control. Communicate with clients and partner organizations via phone and other methods. Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines and service requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, including marijuana
- Successful applicants must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the United States in accordance with Department of Homeland Security regulations
- All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of the above requirements and the ability to provide the required documents to prove eligibility to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of experience in transportation dispatching, scheduling, reservations, or a related field is preferred
