Job Summary
Maintain automated timekeeping system covering new hires, transfers, terminations, and security issues; perform data entry and validation of payroll hours; investigate and resolve time/attendance inquiries across staff; generate expense reports and coordinate staff lodging as needed. Requires knowledge of manual and automated timekeeping systems, time/attendance policies, and proficiency with spreadsheets/databases; strong organization, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing. Salary offered in the stated hourly range with benefits and a mission-driven work environment at the American Red Cross.
Required Qualifications
