Scheduling Coordinator - Home Care Agency

Scheduling Coordinator at CareGivers America SEPA supports care coordination by receiving and processing referrals from hospitals, physicians, and other providers; determining patient eligibility and initiating intake; serving as primary contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals; scheduling appointments and coordinating provider availability; communicating relevant patient information and maintaining accurate records. Candidates should have strong customer service experience, and the role may prefer bilingual English/Spanish. The position offers pay of $17-$20 hourly based on experience and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, at the Jenkintown, PA office.
