Coordinate scheduling of caregivers/nurses based on patient needs and staff availability, assign shifts, communicate schedule confirmations and changes to staff and patients, monitor productivity and shift coverage, provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and field staff, and participate in on-call rotation (1 week per month).
