Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator at Diverzify+ coordinates installation schedules, manages labor availability and materials, reviews work orders, and communicates with account executives, installers, superintendents, and the installation manager to ensure on-time project delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing installation schedules, preparing material cut sheets, entering received materials into the inventory system, monitoring progress with installers, addressing issues, conducting site visits, and processing installer invoices. Requires high attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and communication skills; prior flooring experience and blueprint-reading ability are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- Scheduling experience
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to act in a professional demeanor with customers and fellow employees; relationship management
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in flooring products and/or flooring installations
- Comprehensive knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Relationship management with customers and colleagues
