Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator to liaise between Field Technicians and clients by coordinating the scheduling of services, ensuring technicians have required stamps/certifications, coordinating with warehouse for parts, liaising with third-party contractors, providing technicians with necessary documentation, and collaborating with Service Team and Account Managers to meet customer scheduling needs. Requires effective communication, multitasking across schedules, attention to detail, and adherence to OH&S policies; highlights opportunities for growth, training, and company culture.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dispatcher, Scheduler, or similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer literate; confident utilizing various software systems
- Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
- Experience in or knowledge of the Fire Prevention Industry is considered an asset

- Hours of work are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday
