Job Summary
Scheduling Coordinator based in Olney, UK, responsible for planning and coordinating engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of service, installation, and maintenance activities. Acts as a central point of contact, coordinating appointments and providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Maintains accurate records within service management systems and supports operational processes including quotations, invoicing, stock coordination, and service contract tracking. Partners with engineering, project, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and efficiently resolve scheduling challenges. Requires experience in scheduling or administrative roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with CRM/service-management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
