Scheduling Coordinator

Coordinate hospice patient schedules and manage staffing assignments to ensure adequate coverage across all care teams. Review and update scheduling systems daily, resolve scheduling conflicts, and communicate shifts to nurses and support staff. Monitor staffing levels and adjust rosters in response to patient acuity changes or unexpected absences. Work full-time hours with occasional on-call availability as needed.
