Scheduling Coordinator

Organize and optimize provider schedules and appointment coordination across multiple programs (including Psychiatry, Outpatient, Psychological Testing, Recovery, and Community Services) to ensure timely client access and efficient service delivery. Maintain accurate scheduling records in the EHR, review schedules for conflicts, collaborate with Client Contact Services to resolve issues, support caseload management, generate utilization and scheduling reports, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling. The role emphasizes clerical and administrative precision, cross-team collaboration, and a strong focus on client experience and service efficiency. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment are essential. Training and compliance requirements include background screenings and Relias training upon hire and annually. The position is full-time and requires standard business hours with sedentary computer-based work; occasional meetings and coordination with clinical teams are expected.
