Job Summary

Scheduling Coordinator responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing staff rosters across multiple clients to ensure adequate coverage and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include allocating personnel based on client specifications and availability, handling shift changes and urgent scheduling requests, maintaining records in scheduling/workforce systems, and producing regular reports on activity, fulfilment, and client satisfaction. Required skills include workforce planning experience and Kronos (plus Deputy, Rosterfy, or SAP), plus strong organizational, communication, and detail-orientation. Preferred qualifications include a certificate or diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources and experience in large-scale, multi-site rostering environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in workforce planning or rostering
  • Proficiency in rostering or HRIS software (Kronos preferred)
  • Experience with other software like Deputy, Rosterfy, or SAP is a plus
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
