Job Summary
Scheduling of residents, fellows, and faculty using Qgenda and EPIC; creation and maintenance of annual resident rotation, simulation lab, and faculty service schedules; coordinate with Program Directors on approvals for time-off, elective choices, and other experiences; manage templates for resident and faculty schedules; support Team Protected Time didactics, committee work, and administrative duties (minutes, documents via DocuSign); office-based role with regular 8-hour days, occasional nights/weekends; requires strong communication, organization, and confidentiality; proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based scheduling tools; education-focused collaboration within GME and residency programs; physical requirements include extended computer use and occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience with digital schedule and appointment management
- Experience with management of notifications related to schedule changes
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based interfaces
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
