Job Summary
Scheduling Clerk in Winnipeg, MB for WRHA Community Health Services. Responsible for maintaining Direct Service Staff schedules in the Home Care scheduling system, coordinating with Direct Service Staff, clients and other Home Care staff, and data entry for scheduling. Requires 2–3 years of administrative experience, 6 months scheduling experience, data entry skills, and proficiency with Word/Excel; familiarity with Procura is a plus. Must have completed high school or equivalent, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. In-person role with days, evenings, and weekends shifts; 7.75 hours per day across a 1.0 FTE position; requires clearances such as Criminal Records Check and related registry checks.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a high school or equivalent program of studies
- Formal training in applied office skills
- 2 to 3 years related administrative experience
- Minimum 6 months scheduling experience
- Data entry experience
- Experience in email and computerized calendars (GroupWise)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Procura would be preferred
- Keyboarding speed of 45 wpm
- Ability to maintain and compile statistics
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
