Scheduling Associate (Home Health), Full-Time

Ensure all Home Health and Hospice patient visits are staffed by employees appropriate for the discipline required. Record and communicate schedules to staff, scheduling new referrals to clinicians based on patient location and skill. Assign all disciplines in the clinical point of care system, assist with schedule changes, and maintain on-call coverage. Notify billing staff of non-Medicare patients and communicate patient information as needed. Provide assistance to other administrative roles and perform assigned duties. Full-time role with E-Verify participation.
