Job Summary
The Scheduling and Logistics Specialist will be responsible for establishing daily Inspector schedules and ensuring exceptional customer service through the optimization of routing activities using various software and business intelligence tools. Key responsibilities include compiling analytical data, resource allocation, collaborating with management on business needs, and applying problem-solving skills to decision-making that impacts the company. The role requires at least 2 years of logistics experience, comfort with technology, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in routing and logistics
- Experience with Google suite products
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Geographical knowledge of the given routing area/territory
