Job Summary
Scheduling Administrator to support coordination of field-based employees across Metro and Regional Sydney in a fast-paced Water Operations team. Responsibilities include daily scheduling and coordination of field staff, monitoring and updating work orders, handling inbound calls and customer/staff inquiries, liaising with clients, plumbers and subcontractors on scheduling priorities, basic job diagnosis and triage, data entry and reporting, and supporting quotation processing and general administration. Ideal candidate has scheduling or customer service experience, strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with job management systems such as Aroflo, Dataforce or Fulcrum is advantageous. Hybrid work arrangements available once fully trained; Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. This role is based in Seven Hills, NSW, Australia, supporting field operations across Sydney with a national growth trajectory.
