Scheduling Administrative Coordinator at PEG, LLC based in Fairfax, VA, to support the Scheduling Department by assisting with daily schedules, managing scheduling data in Excel, ensuring information accuracy across ProntoForms and Microsoft Flow, and maintaining confidential information. Responsibilities include building client relationships through email and phone, addressing and resolving scheduling issues, communicating scheduling problem areas and proposing options, assessing client needs to achieve satisfaction, developing efficient administrative systems, maintaining files and databases, following office workflows for maximum efficiency, and cross-training across departments to meet deadlines. Requires a BS/BA in Business Administration or similar field, 2+ years in scheduling/administrative roles, strong organizational and communication skills, proactive multitasking, excellent phone skills, and proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and related software.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
  • 2+ years of previous work experience in a Scheduling or Administrative Position or related field is required
  • Thorough knowledge of project scheduling concepts and components
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and team collaboration skills
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Expert ability to effectively communicate with other disciplines or groups and resolve schedule conflicts
  • Must have strong software skills with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and other related software programs
