Job Summary
Coordinate client appointment schedules, group sessions, and transfers across inpatient departments while maintaining accurate documentation and billing codes in the electronic medical record. Collaborate with clinical teams and Client Services to ensure continuity of care, manage outside appointments from admission through discharge, and prepare daily team meeting materials. Monitor scheduling metrics, conduct audits, and cross-train across functions to support seamless department operations and operational excellence. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and internal stakeholders while assisting with weekend programming logistics and administrative projects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new software systems

- Associate's or bachelor's degree
- Previous administrative, scheduling, or healthcare coordination experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
