Job Summary
Establish and maintain schedules by matching available staff to posts, printing and distributing them, and minimizing avoidable overtime. Contact and redeploy staff to fill call-offs, respond to schedule changes and client requests, and input information into the automated resource system. Take and log calls from sites while partnering with the local recruiter to determine staffing needs and plan long-term schedules. Acquire coverage for shifts and report to the corporate office in Las Angeles. Display strong customer service skills with security staff, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication abilities to function effectively with all management levels.
