Job Summary
Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage. Utilize strong organizational skills to complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units. Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements while maintaining accurate, up-to-date records. Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership to resolve conflicts or coverage gaps. This full-time role at Yardley Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center supports nursing operations within a 170-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong data entry skills
