Scheduler - Women's Health - Gibsonia - Full Time

Schedule surgeries, tests, procedures, and office visits; obtain insurance carrier authorizations. Coordinate operating room, primary care, and specialty visits; complete reservation forms and deliver physician orders. Track medical clearances, transcribe reports, and file patient information in medical records. Answer phones, perform general office tasks, and prepare charts. Requires knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes. Full-time position with Highmark Health's Allegheny Health Network serving millions of customers nationwide.
