Job Summary
Develop detailed project schedules and critical-path models for assigned underground infrastructure projects. Coordinate with engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors to align activities with bid and contract requirements. Review plans, specifications, and contract documents to analyze scheduling needs, while generating multiple scenarios with the estimating department to identify time and cost savings. Lead a team of schedulers and serve as a technical expert for P6 software. Maintain knowledge of company values and strategic plans while performing additional assignments per management direction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited institution
- 7-10 years' construction scheduling experience
- Advanced knowledge of P6 software
- Integrity, tenacity, demonstrated ability to succeed and the attitude to do what it takes to meet and/or exceed expectations
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and analyze complex construction projects quickly and accurately
