Job Summary
Scheduler/Project Manager who supports an Earned Value and Agile program by managing an integrated master schedule (IMS) with thousands of tasks, developing detailed schedules with Agile Teams and Control Account Managers, creating visualizations for customer/leadership reporting, contributing to Earned Value data capture and analysis, and identifying critical paths and risks to improve schedule performance. The role involves coordinating with technical leads and Earned Value leads, applying scheduling techniques to software/hardware systems, and advancing automated scheduling approaches to enhance productivity and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Five (5) years of experience as a Project Manager for a software development program or other related technical activity
- Two (2) years of experience working with MS Project as a Project Manager or Scheduler
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph on day one
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage time and elevate issues when needed
- Strong attention to detail and task completion
