Job Summary
Senior Medical Scheduler responsible for coordinating and optimizing physician and CRNA schedules to ensure safe, efficient clinical operations. Duties include real-time scheduling updates, credentialing and contractual requirements adherence, vacation and call schedule planning, locum/per diem coverage arrangements, staffing for shifts and blocks, and communicating schedules to staff and sites. The role involves maintaining scheduling software (Spinfusion), generating utilization and staffing trend reports, and collaborating with practice administration to meet operational needs while balancing equity in call and weekend assignments.
Required Qualifications
- AA or BA preferred
- 3-5 years healthcare scheduling experience
- Proficiency in scheduling software (Spinfusion)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- English proficiency
