Job Summary
Support proposal development, RFP feasibility, and client presentations by crafting bid schedules and project logistics. Deploy best practices for key guidelines and milestones while partnering with estimating and project management to establish baselines. Ensure awarded projects have viable schedules covering procurement and submittals, then transition them to construction phases. Prepare monthly narratives, audit schedules against guidelines, and analyze impacts to reduce risks. Coach operations staff, develop recovery plans, and drive schedule updates to verify performance against the plan.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of scheduling experience
- Primavera (P6) experience
- working at a General Contractor
- Knowledge of contractual scheduling requirements for municipal and State projects
- Experience tracking RFIs, and Change Order Requests in the monthly progress updates
- Experience analyzing impacts due to changes
