Job Summary
Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, identify the critical path and ensure alignment with project goals and contractual milestones; analyze contractor schedules for contractual compliance and project constraints; prepare detailed reports on project progress focusing on critical activities and risks; collect and integrate schedule data from diverse sources; identify scheduling conflicts and collaborate with management to develop resolutions; conduct field verifications of schedule information for accuracy and compliance; support constructability reviews and develop schedule-related solutions; perform forensic schedule analysis to evaluate time impact of potential change orders. The role requires a university degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and minimum three years of scheduling experience, with on-site responsibilities in Atlanta, GA; OSHA 10-Hour safety training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience in construction scheduling
- Experience on large-scale design-procurement-construction projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Primavera P6; familiarity with PMWeb or other Project Controls Software highly beneficial
- On-site work environment in Atlanta, GA
