Job Summary
Schedule and manage project and client appointments, monitor and update schedules, communicate with team members and clients to confirm and adjust appointments, provide administrative support including documentation and record-keeping for scheduling activities, assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring optimal resource allocation, track progress and deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed of timely updates. Must work US hours (9 AM–5 PM EST) with remote, work-from-home arrangement in South Africa. Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
