Scheduler – Orlando, FL*

The Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for aviation capital improvement and infrastructure projects, including CPM schedules. The role supports project teams with schedule management, forecasting, progress tracking, and schedule performance analysis across all phases of project delivery. The successful candidate will have CPM experience on active airport projects and Primavera P6 proficiency, and will coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain schedule accuracy, prepare forecasts and narratives, review contractor baseline and recovery schedules, and support schedule risk assessments and project controls.
