Job Summary

Scheduler / Office Assistant responsible for creating and maintaining caregiver schedules using AxisCare, matching caregivers to client needs, handling on-call scheduling, and providing backup in-home care coverage. Performs office administration tasks (client/caregiver records, onboarding, payroll data entry, filing, and compliance), supports marketing/community outreach, and ensures excellent client service and care coordination. Requires strong computer skills, exceptional communication and organization, and a valid driver\'s license with reliable transportation. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends, or emergency coverage. Experience in scheduling, office administration, customer service, or healthcare is preferred, along with caregiving experience.
