Job Summary
Coordinate workstreams from receipt through job completion by scheduling orders against SLAs, optimizing travel routes, and uploading accurate data into works management systems. Provide customer service via telephone and webchat to internal and external clients while reporting daily and weekly metrics to ensure service levels are met. Ensure safety issues are reported per company procedures and deliver innovative solutions to problems within the team. Maintain timely and accurate client database management to support efficient operations.
