Job Summary
Execute administrative scheduling duties for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Resource Teams and Scheduling Office. Liaise with internal stakeholders using KRONOS Electronic Scheduling Program (ESP) to ensure staff are scheduled accurately within ONA and SEIU collective agreement parameters. Manage multiple tasks in a high-volume healthcare environment while maintaining net 40 wpm keyboarding speed and utilizing Microsoft Office Suite. Requires one year of administrative experience and a Community College degree. Full-time temporary role with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of one (1) year of a Community College program
- A minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Keyboarding at net 40 wpm or net 106 kspm
- Knowledge of software packages such as Word/Windows
- Ability to organize work effectively
- Ability to work at a fast pace in an unpredictable environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Communication skills
- Demonstrated telephone/customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- Community College program preferably in office administration, human resources or related business discipline
- Administrative experience preferably within a high-paced, high-volume, healthcare environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of KRONOS ESP staff scheduling system
